Important stuff, so please read

Twilight

1. Those working Twilight (Saturday) tomorrow please be at the planetarium at 1:30pm unless you told me you will be there later. 
2. We still need volunteers. If you can make it, show up tomorrow at the planetarium. 
3. Wear either all black or all white. 

Haunted House

• Due to the rules that the sponsor needs to be there 6-midnight on oct 28 and oct 29, I can't commit to do the House and carnival. I may need to be out of town.

• Therefore whoever wants to work the event, please let me know. We have an alternate way to make it happen, by going with another club.

Poetry Slam and Open Mic

• The slam is this upcoming Thursday at 4:30pm. See flyer at the bottom and attached
• You can perform anything in your 3 minutes - poetry, dance, song, musical instrument, acting, speech
• Here is the link and flyer. Sign up asap. https://forms.gle/kUgyaKp22TgjgFrBA. We already have people signed up. You MUST register to be able to participate.

• If you can't make it to the event, send a video by Monday. 
• Go to WeTransfer.com. You don't need to sign up to send a file. 
• Hit ok or "just send files" and then drag your video to the little rectangle box on the left. put my email in and your email. 
• Mine is coser2@ctcd.edu. 
• You will get a code when you hit submit. Put that code in and send.

Leigh Greenthaner came and talked about Twilight.

We played a weird form of creating a story by blending ideas.

Meeting Minutes

 Hi guys,

Please read as we have lots of info for you. Wednesday, Sept 21 - 4:30-5:30pm There were 5 members at yesterday's meeting Ari Amare Keisha Edward Matthew Dezmone We talked about the Oct 8 Twilight event. We have our Volturi and can use one more guy, but we may get him from another club. We have been playing creativity games and created a story together with cards, dice and magnets. Our sad story about a woman musician who had no audience had a weird monkey storming through a toll booth climatic scene. But there was a happy ending, so all was well. There will be a sequel. Important We need Writers Guild members to help with the Twilight games on Saturday Oct 8. The event is from 2:30-8pm, so please email me with a time you can join us. We can do shifts of 2:00- 4:00, 4:00-6:00 and 6:00-8pm. So please respond like this: Name Time **Also important** The Haunted House is Oct 28 and Oct 29 from 6-11pm. If you are interested in doing the Haunted House please send this email back like this: Haunted House - yes or Haunted House - no There's a possibility that I may not be able to attend, but if you want to work it, let me know and I can get you in contact with someone. In this day we played two games to better develop our writing skills. In the first one each of the presents said a word, and with those words looked for a picture in which we would write a story based on it.

On the firsth one we draw for 30 seconds, letting the others finish what we started until everyone had draw each other's paper.

Also, we are still looking for vampires, if you want to participate, talk with Cindy.
