Meeting minutes for 10/15/25
There were 14 people in attendance:

We finished prep for the haunted house.
NO HAZING DISCUSSION!!!
Discussed who would be able to come early, who would be an angel, and who would be a guide.
FRIDAY people who will be helping at the haunted house.
Betty, Jessica T, Aaron, Amare, Violet, Sania, Cindy, Josue.
SATURDAY people who will be helping at the haunted house.
Akeelah, Aaron, Matt, Jessica T, Cindy.
Guides are Amare and Caleb
That was basically all today! Mostly talking and having fun before we need to do everything friday and
Haunted house setup on friday begins at 9am at the planetarium!!
NEXT MEETING IS OCT 29TH AT 4:00 TO 5:30
